Andy was raised in Montreal after having moved to Canada from Hungary in 1956. He attended McGill University where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1977 and Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1980. Andy then moved to London where he made his home. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1982 where he joined Martin Bitz, the founder of our firm.

Andy practices primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation and is recognized as one of the experts of construction lien law in Southwestern Ontario. He has acted as arbitrator for a number of large-scale construction and business disputes and services clients across all of Canada.

His involvement in the community has been extensive and he is a former Director of Family Services London and served on the Board of the London Boys and Girls Club. He has also assisted several local businesses through successful expansion ventures Andy is an avid golfer and is a member of the London Hunt Club. He lives in London with his wife Vicki. His son Bryan, received his Masters degree in Economics after having obtained his Honours Degree at the University of Western Ontario, as well as his MBA from the Ivey Business Institute and now lives and works in Toronto for a major financial institution. His son Colin, obtained his Business Degree from Wilfred Laurier University and lives in London with his wife Shannon and works for a federal body that delivers financial and consulting services that complement those of private sector financial institutions.
