Ali was born and raised in London, Ontario. He attended the University of Western Ontario where he completed an Honors degree in Political Science. Ali obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 2007.
After completing his articles at SKM, Ali joined the firm as an associate in June 2008. Ali practices in the areas of General Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate and Wills and Estates. Ali has appeared as counsel in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as before various administrative boards and tribunals.
Ali possesses strong roots in both London’s Muslim and Arab communities as well as the greater London community. This is manifested in large part by his involvement with multiple groups and organizations in the London region.
Ali has been active in London’s political community having successfully participated in varying capacities for campaigns at the municipal, provincial and federal level of government. Additionally, Ali has served as a coach and mentor in London’s minor league sporting community having coached youth soccer and baseball teams for over a decade.
Ali is a member of the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
